The objective this study was to assess respiratory and voice outcomes office-based injection patients with unilateral vocal fold paralysis (UVFP). Ten underwent via transcutaneous approach using Radiesse or hyaluronic acid. Auditory perceptual assessment (APA), handicap index (VHI), size the glottic gap, acoustic parameters (jitter, shimmer, harmonic noise ratio), maximum phonation time (MPT), stroboscopic evaluation, pulmonary function tests (PFTs), videofluoroscopic evaluation swallowing were done pre-injection, 1 week 3 months post-injection. Results Subjective outcomes, addition laryngostroboscopic improved after injection. Non-significant difference found between pre- post-injection results PFTs. Conclusions Office-based safe effective method for treating UVFP. Patients gap (< 1–3 mm) are perfect candidates such procedure. improves patients’ quality does not impair respiration.
